Battlefield 3 Raw Mouse Input Not Working

My mouse is super stuttery and spring and sensitive. and No idea why this is happening. I had CCC xi.eleven and everything worked perfectly normal. Updated to 12.1 and this problem started. Downgraded to 11.xi to get rid of the problem simply it only helped for a couple hours till I restarted the game.
Tried toggling raw mouse input. Besides tried RenderDevice.forcerenderaheadlimit 1. Nil is working and I don't actually want to reinstall my video drivers every fourth dimension I want to play this game.

possibly it helps when yous install the mouse driver from the manufacturer website. if yous have a logitech mouse then try ot install SetPoint software to get more than settings for your mouse.
